1. GUARANTEES FOR FREE WARRANTY:
Products are warranted for free when the following conditions are met:
• The product is still under warranty and registered warranty (from the date written on the purchase invoice).
• The warranty period is stated on the warranty card and according to the regulations of each product
• The product is damaged during transportation
• Must have warranty card and warranty stamp on the product, voucher of the Vietnam Gifts
• Stamps on products must be intact, not torn or lost.
• The product code shown on the product, on the warranty card and on the delivery note must be the same
2. PRODUCT REGULATIONS ARE NOT A FREE WARRANTY:
• The product has expired or has lost its warranty.
• Incorrect use according to the manual, incorrect use of the voltage indicated on the product.
• Warranty seals are torn, broken, overprinted or modified.
• Warranty card does not specify serial number and date of purchase.
• The serial number on the product is wrong (or blurred, unrecognizable) against the warranty card.
• Product damaged by external impact such as falling, splinters, bumps, scratches, dents, dampness, rust, or fire, natural disasters, insect infiltration.
• The product has been repaired before delivery to the Vietnamese Gift
3. RULES ON WARRANTY AND WARRANTY PERIODS:
• All products offered by Philips Vietnam: 12 months warranty.
